Delivery Schedule: Your water filtration products should arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch confirmation, from Monday to Saturday, directly to your doorstep.

Cleaning your water filter system is simple! Disconnect the unit from the water source, disassemble any detachable components, and rinse them with clean water. Use mild soap and a soft brush if needed. Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling. Refer to your user manual for model-specific instructions.
Changed your mind? No worries, you can return any water filtration product within 30 days from the receipt date. Please inform us at support@shinevora.com to ensure a smooth return process under the following conditions:

This allows us to inform our warehouse and assist you with a replacement. We're unable to offer a replacement or refund without proper documentation. If we cannot track your shipment after the 5 days of investigation, the shipment will be declared lost, and you will be entitled to a full refund, or we will send a replacement if you wish.
